One of my friends just sent me this email......This really is how it works.....
You can look at the beautiful picture of the whale and the red ray while doing this visualization as well.
This is what we want to pass on!
>> To my friends that understand what we feel, we make happen!
See it, feel it and live it..... The year is 2016. We glance at the television one morning and see Obama having another of his many press conferences . He has now been in office for almost 8 years. It hasn't been perfect, but things are way better than when he took office in January of 2009. You notice that his hair has whitened and he still has that winning smile and that take charge/ positive energy that he had when he was campaigning way back in 2008. You remember back to how concerned you were about whether or not he would win in 2008 and you feel deeply contented that he has been safely in office for such a long time. He and Congress have done much to address global warming, health care, development of alternative energy sources and a variety of other important matters to the country and the planet. You feel deep gratitude for the past eight years and how things have unfolded. See it...Feel it....breathe it...Pass it on.
I don't know how much you know about the Law of Attraction or if you've ever heard of it. But surely you've heard of the phrase, "What you resist persists." The more we don't want something the more it finds us.
For example - the more we fight drugs, the more they seem to be here. So lets stop fighting against McCain and Palin, and start working "for" Obama-Biden. Lets stop driving ourselves crazy with all of the outrageous mind upsetting details about them and start remembering all of the wonderful reasons we want Obama.
THE CHALLENGE: take 30 seconds right now. Close your eyes and imagine exactly what our country will feel like with President Obama. Imagine how good it will feel. Imagine whatever it is about him that you desire. Imagine the pride. Imagine the diplomacy. Imagine the peace. Imagine the wind mills and the clean cars. Imagine the citizen groups. Imagine the earth being healed and revitalized. Imagine being very proud of your country and its leader. Imagine whatever it is that draws you to support Obama. Imagine what your life will look like. 30 seconds. Do it several times a day. We can shift and change the vibration of this country with positive visions just like this. It's only 30 seconds a few times a day. DO IT.. It will feel good! Keep doing it. Then pass this on to all of your Obama supporter friends. If we all take 30 seconds several times a day to shift into this positive vibration, it will work.
YES WE CAN.

SEND THE RAY OF UNCONDITIONAL LOVE~~!
OK.....So some of you are going......OH NO......it's just another well meaning "do-gooder" who is completely out of touch with reality~
I HOPE THAT IS SO!
Last weekend I went to an amazing workshop by my friend and mentor Kathyrn Jensen...
Kathyrn is so blessed as she has found a way to create HEAVEN on EARTH...she lives on the big island of Kona from October until May (just where Barack happened to live)
and then comes back to beloved Colorado!
Anyway.....we spent the weekend doing what she refers to as balancing~
Her class is called the "Coat of Many Colors" and you can find out more by going to

She encouraged me as well as balanced me; READ THE FOLLOWING~~~
and send it out to all who would understand and HEAR~!
Be The Peace
A Love Letter from The Dolphins and Whales
We, the Cetacean Nation (the dolphins and whales) serve the human race. We serve with deep reverence for the complexity of the lives of people, who bear the burden of being here on Earth, as they learn to become heart centered, powerful, conscious, light bearers.
The people, who make this commitment, came to Earth to pool their resources and collaborate on assisting others in healing. They commit to personal healing and they certainly support the Earth Mother in healing her wounds, scars and deficiencies.
All of you reading this article are light bearers who have made this commitment.
We, the cetaceans, are currently bathing the citizens of The United States of America in a beautiful healing force. This force is a deep pink-red, rose colored Ray of Unconditional Love.
We bathe you, the light bearers, in a very specific frequency of The Red Ray. This gives you more holding power and more conviction to make your mark on the culture of the United States.
You are flooding the media with remarkably vibrant ways to create sustainable sources of energy and build your infrastructure with far more care and consideration for future generations. Your intention is to provide future residents of your planet, with an Earth that’s alive and well and filled to the brim with vitality and healing force.
Many of you are of the generation known as The Baby Boomers. You are competent goal setters and very talented, skilled people. You have much to teach your very special young people who bring your heart song into their hearts and make your mission their ultimate command. These vibrant young people take your mission and state firmly;
We are the souls who are responsible for World Peace.
We are the souls who love others unconditionally.
We are the souls who bring grace to others lives.
We are the souls who live with Earth’s bounty and protect her from harm.
We are the souls who say “Peace be with you,” from the bottom of our hearts, to those who love no one.
We are grace filled citizens of the United States of America.
The dolphins and whales ask that you repeat the above affirmation.
· Do so as you sit in quiet contemplation or prayer.
· Before you state the affirmation, ask for our assistance, as you bathe yourself in the deep red-pink, rose colored Ray of Unconditional Love.
· Hold yourself in this Red Ray for four minutes as you state the affirmation.
· State the affirmation at least four times.
· Sit in silence and notice how you begin to create solutions to challenges you have with being the peace.
· Now bathe your politicians in this rose colored Ray of Unconditional Love.
· We suggest you first bathe all politicians in The Red Ray.
· Next focus on individual politicians. Focus on those who share your perspective and your values. Focus on those who do not.
· Now create a symbol that represents, to you, the population of The United States of America. Bathe the entire population in The Red Ray.
· Complete this process, by asking for our help in following through with unconditionally loving yourself, as you do your best to be the Peace and be the Loving-Kindness you ask others to be.
Hold us in your hearts.
We love you so.

The Secret and the Politics of Fear and Manipulation
I know many people have watched the movie called "The Secret".....to put it's message in a nutshell....What you put your attention on is what will be your experience...or Your Thoughts Create Your Reality!
Now do we just nod our heads and acknowledge intellectually that this is true? Or do we put it to the test AGAIN......and let the media, and the emails about how bad Sarah Palin and McCain are.....and fwd them to all our friends so that they can get all worked up and put their focus on what we don't want instead of WHAT WE WANT TO SEE!
I don't know about you but as for me.....the choice is clear and I know enough about the candidates to make my decision. I'm convinced that one of the reasons Bush got to spend another 4 years in the WhiteHouse was because of all the "psychic" emotional energy that his opponents put forth! I spent much more time, energy and emotion thinking about and being fearful of Bush getting elected again than I did focusing on getting Kerry elected. I take full responsibility for my part in this and intend to learn from my mistakes.
Therefore I am going to do my very best to let Ms Palin go back to the land of obscurity....at least in my mind. After all....two weeks ago most of us didn't even know who she was. Now I know way more about her than I would have ever chosen to know. If she and Biden have a debate I am not going to listen to it. (I am lucky because I haven't had television in my home for almost 35 years!) I am not suggesting you follow this path unless you think like I do.....that it will give her way too much power and emotions of dislike and the energy of fear. I am also making a concerted effort to be selective about what I listen to and what I read.
Pls don't fwd any negative emails about McCain or Palin.....at least to me.
If you are stronger than I am and think you can with-stand the media frenzy without letting it take your focus off of what you want to see than go ahead and listen and watch away....it is really quite the spectacle. I will probably wish I had seen or heard some of it at some point but will be content to laugh about it on the morning of November 8th when I wake up to hear about
President elect Barak Obama!

President elect Barak Obama!
Obama on the Issues
I've heard people comment on how they haven't heard either candidate really get into the "meat and potatoes" of the issues.
I think this will happen with the upcoming debates, and I also think the reason people don't know how Obama feels about the issues is partly due to our media "sound-bite" culture.
We have become lazy and complacent to some extent and just depend on the television and other media to find out what is happening. That can be dangerous and ultimately ineffective!
I am suggesting that we each take responsibility for finding out what is really true, and take the time to investigate ourselves instead of depending on the media to get our questions answered. We are very lucky that we live in the age of the internet and can find out about almost anything with the click of the mouse!
SO.....here is a link to a pdf file which you can download and it goes into depth about Obama's stance on the major issues.
http://www.barackobama.com/pdf/ObamaBlueprintForChange.pdf
I also strongly recommend getting both of his books, and actually reading them!
"Dreams of My Father" tells his life story and how he developed his belief system.
"The Audacity of Hope" gives much more insight into what he believes about this "new kind of politics --a politics that builds upon those shared understandings that pull us together as Americans."
He is a uniter, and unfortunately the atmosphere of the political campaign as it exists today doesn't show this.
There is plenty of meat and potatoes to be had in both of these books and in the man himself!

PIGS, PITBULLS, and LIPSTICK!
Can you actually believe that this is what our National Political debate has disintegrated to?
Just in case you missed it....Remember Sarah Palins comment about the difference between pitbulls and hockey-moms...."wearing lipstick"....
Well Obama made a comment yesterday using the well used phase about "you can put lipstick on a pig, but its still a pig", and the McCain camp put out an add this morning accusing Obama of being sexist....because he was comparing Palin to a pig!
How crazy and yet how very poignant......realizing that this whole verbal hockey match was as Obama called it "catnip for the Media"...and the very reason so many of us are sick of the game playing and name calling instead of really addressing the very serious issues at stake in this election.
Obama was spot-on with this one...and undoubtably someone must have suggested it to him, being that McCain used the very same pig/lipstick remark to comment on Hillary's healthcare program just a few months ago.
But alas...this is not what this blog is about...just the opposite!
I am encouraging all who really want to see a "sea-change" in this country to do something that is quite a challenge;
TURN THE MEDIA OFF...or at least come to it "armed" with the truth that is in each of our hearts, our minds clear of the cacophony of people telling you what someone else thinks or what to believe, how to act, how to think or more importantly how to vote!
I believe and have seen evidence in my life that "my thoughts do indeed create my reality":
I have always been an NPR fan.....still am to some extent; but noticed a subtle undercurrent in their coverage of the DNC, and later the RNC and the coverage of the campaigns since the RNC;
ie. almost always starting a story with what is happening with McCain and Palin, and usually following up with a clip about Obama.....but not always.
Politics is perception.....so even a subtle suggestion that Obama is now 2nd (in the polls), in our story etc. has an effect.....I know it did with me.
That just solidified my viewpoint that one of the best stategies to getting Obama elected is to SEE HIM THAT WAY and quit letting the media dictate where our attention is focused.
Last night I went to bed with the intent to dream about his inauguration speech.....possibly me even going to Washington to see it; Honestly I can't tell you that I did have this dream (or I don't remember it)
But that certainly is better and more effective than going to bed "worrying" about the perception that the media is or is not portraying.
KEEP THE FAITH AND KEEP YOUR THOUGHTS AND ATTENTION FOCUSED ON THE GOAL...President Barack Obama!
